The following were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and loved its adoption: NOWMCK No. MMOLOTION DECIARDG••. • BE ASSESSED AND CFMIERING PIWARATICNOF •S al• ASSESSMENT•:' 1989 F09717ALit UCrICN OF DISEASED 151 ROLL 1 MHE:REAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.271 M.S.A., the Forester of the City of Plymouth hes caused the 1989 Removal and Destruction of Diseased Timm, loll 1 on certain lands within said City, and a determination has been made that certain charges thereto have not been paid as provided by la.: , and the total amount of such work amounts to $2,928.75 NOW, Tim, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLI CIL OF TIE C3 i'Y OF PLYMXM, MINNESOTA: b1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $2,928.75. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Pbrester, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the clerk shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the co:pletion of such proposed assessment notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
