Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymcuth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
January 1990. The following were present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following 1 P ' m**= were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLMON NO.90-67
FUR PUBLIC HERRIIG ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENr
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on January 22, 1990 the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the total cost for the
1989 Weed Eradication and Destruction, Roll 3 on certain lands within the City
as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been conpleted and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public
inspection;

PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTP►:
1. A public hearing shall be held on the 26th day of February, 1990 in
the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such charges will be given an opportunity to be
heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing
on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official
newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state
in the notice the total allount of the assessment. The Clerk shall
also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel
described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
And Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
