Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymruth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd
clay of January , 1990. The following members were present:

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESCELMON NO. 90-65

NHEAS, A list of disbursements for the period ending Dec. 31, 1989 was
presented to the City Council for approval;
NOW, 7HMWM, BE IT IIE Wr MELVED BY THE CITr COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLE43WH, SIA, that the payment of the list of disbursements of the
following funds is approved:
First Bank - Plymouth Office
General Fund $ 1,095,683.31
Construction Fund $ 1,920,816.85
Utilities Fund $ 359,658.04
FixStar/Metro Bank - Plymouth Office
Housing 6 Redevelopment Authority $ 46,736.16
GRAM TOTAL POR ALL FUNDS $ 3,422,894.36
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasitiou . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell -
Ricker. and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
