Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tha 22nd

Introduced the following Resolution and moved
RESOLUTION NO. 90-63
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR EXEMPTION FROM
LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE
WEST MEDICINE LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB
WHEREAS, the City has received notice of an application from the West Medicine
Lake Community Club to the Minnesota Charitable Gambling Control Board for
Exemption from Lawful Gambling License for an event on March 17, 1990; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Cous<cilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, and Vasiliou The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
