Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of January , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker. and Vasiliou
of
Counclimember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-62
APPROVING TAXI DRIVER LICENSES FOR 1990
WHEREAS, four applications for Taxi Driver licenses have been received: and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted applicant investigations and finds no
reason to deny the licenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that Taxi Driver licenses are hereby approved for the period January 23,
1990, through December 31, 1990, for the following individuals:
TOWN TAXI COMPANY
Samuel Gordon
John Elkins
Garry Bosch
George Scott
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker. and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
