Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of January , 1990.
The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Co—uncilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-61
APPROVING TAXICAB LICENSE FOR 1990
FOR TOWN TAXI COMPANY
WHEREAS, an application for a Taxicab License has been received from Town Taxi Company,

WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted vehicle inspections and found no reason to
deny the license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that a Taxicab License is hereby approved for Town Taxi Company for the
period January 23, 1990, through December 31, 1990.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker. and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
