Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd

Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 90-59
APPROVING 1990 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application for Cigarette Licenses have been received from the vendor
listed below in accordance with Chapter II, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the vendor
listed below be approved for the period of January 1, 1990 through December 31,
1990:

The motion for adopt,,,n of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker. and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
