HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1990-050CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of jzn„.2ry , 1990. The following members were present: , Mnynr Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. and Vasiliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 90- 50 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING HONEYWELL, INC., 12001 HWY. 55 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 22, 1990 a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Hwy. 55 and Forestview Lane by the installation of a overhead light and this report was received by the Council on January 22, 1990. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property adjacent to the southwest quadrant of the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted January 22, 1990. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resnlution was duly seconded by raoinrilmpmhpr Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Rirlrar- and Vasil iou The following voted against or abstained: Nona Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
