Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day
of January , 19_.ZL The following members were present:
Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell. Ricker. and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Councilmember zitur
_ Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 89-42
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR DONALD C. WILDMAN FOR
SCOVILLE PRESS (86062)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Donald C. Wildman for Scoville Press located at 14505
27th Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution 82-620; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $326,250; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should an(
the Bond No. 896E678-0 in the amount
guarantee site improvements for Donald
at 14505 27th Avenue North.
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
hereby does authorize the release of
of $326,250, which was submitted to
C. Wildman for Scoville Press located
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
Helliwell. Ricker, and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
