Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd
day of January , 19 90 . The following members were
present: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-34
DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVE AND ALTERNATE TO
MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a representative and alternate
to the Municipal Legislative Commission for 1990;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Kim M. Bergman and James G. Willis are hereby appointed
as representatives to the Municipal Legislative Commission for the year 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmenber Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
. The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passes; and adopted.

the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of January 1990.
The following members were present: Helliwell, Bergman, Vasiliou, Ricker

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 90-34
APPROVING THE DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE OF FIRE STATION I
AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized funding for renovation and replac-!ment of Fire
Station I; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved an investigative study provided by Trossen/Wright
Associate Architects; and
WHEREAS, the Architect has completed the schematic design phase approved by the City
Council on December 18, 1989; and
WHEREAS, the City Council directed the architect to complete the design development
phase.
NOW, THERErORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does:
Approve the design development phase of the Fire Stdtion I project; and
FURTHER, directs the architect to proceed in the preparation of Final Plans and
Specifications for Construction of Fire Station I.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Bergman, Vasiliou, Ricker
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
