Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd
day of January , 19 90 . The following members were
present: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
ir.s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-28
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred G. Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Vern Peterson as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District
for a term expiring January 31, 1991.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
