Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rejZular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of
January 1990. The following were present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLIIt ON NO.90- 24
RATIFYING SURETY AND BLANKL"r BONDS
FOR CITY E PLOYEES FOR 1990
WIMEAS, surety bonds for certain City employees and a general bond covering
all City employees are required for 1990;
NOW, M*HgM, BE IT WtEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF
PLMM, MnOE SOI'A, that surety bonds insuring the intregrity and honest
perfornisnc.-e of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set
forth are hereby ratified and confirmed for the year 1990:
City Manager $ 200,000
Finance Director 200,000
Assessor 50,000
City Clerk 50,000
General bond covering all
City employees 50,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
