Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd
day of January , 1990 The following members were
present: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou o introduced the fol'owing Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-22
DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1990
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
Weekly News is hereby designated as the official newspaper for the City of
Plymouth for the year 1990, with the condition that distribution is provided for
In all four zip code areas of the City. The effective date of this resolution
is January 19, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following
voted against or abstained: Helliwell
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
