Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd
day of January , 1990 The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-18
APPROVING 1990 CIGARETTE LICENSE APPLICATIONS
WHEREAS, application For a Cigarette License has been received from the party
listed below in accordance with Chapter II, Section 1150.01 of the City Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License application from the party
listed below be approved for the period of January 1, 1990 through December 31,
1990:

Plymouth, MN 55441
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
Ricker. Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted aga nst or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
