Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of January , 1990.
The following members were present: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker, Bergman
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-17
APPROVING GASOLINE SERVICE STATION LICENSES FOR 1990
WHEREAS, thirteen applications have been received for Gasoline Service Station Licenses
for 1990; and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have been submitted; and
WHEREAS, inspections have been conducted at each station.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the following Gasoline Service Station Licenses are hereby approved for
the period January 1, 1990, through December 31, 1990:
Four Seasons Automotive, 9950 County Road 9
Herb's Servicenter Inc., 17435 County Road 6
Holiday Stationstores, Inc. #220, 10100 County Road 9
Highway 55 Amoco, 13435 Highway 55
Koepp's Service Inc., 9605 36th Avenue North
494 Sinclair, 13700 Highway 55
Larson Auto Repair and Towing Inc., 11320 Highway 55
Holiday Stationstores #139, 10900 Highway 55
Linn Amoco, 10910 Highway 55
Mr. Gas, 11021 Highway 55
Amoco Oil, 3955 Vinewood Lane
PDQ Food Stores of Minnesota, #204, 4090 Annapolis Lane North
Tom Thumb, 4130 Highway 101
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Helliwell, Zitur, Vasiliou, Ricker. Beraman
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
