Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd _ day of January ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers ,
Helliwell, Ricker, Zitur and Vasiliou

RESOLUTION NO. 90-12
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRUNK UTILITIES
CITY PROJECT NO. 905
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Furnishing and installing misc,el 3neous 20" dia. watermain fittings, 6"
gate valve, removing and replacing 18" RCP storm sewer, additional
clearing and grubing and an 8" vertical drop at sanitary M.H.7.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for West Medicine Lake Drive Trunk Utilities, City
Project No. 905 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for the West Medicine Lake Drive Trunk Utilities,
City Project No. 905 by adding $7,670.65 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $269,895.50
Previous Change Orders -0-
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - ADD 7.670.65
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $277,566.15
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman_ Counrilmemhers Helliwell* Rirkar, yggiliou
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
