Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of January ,
1990. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers ,
Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90- 11
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WELL NO. 11 WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 909
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Drill test hole between Well No. 10 and Well No. 11
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Well No. 11 Watermain, City Project No. 909 is
recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for Well No. 11 Watermain, City Project No. 909 is
recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $135,250.00
Previous Change Orders 16,130.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 6.646.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$158,026.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof• Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and
Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
