Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Counril of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of January
1990. The following members were present: _ Mayor Bergman, COuncilmember ,
Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 90-10
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
1989 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 801
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Furnishing and installing a concrete retaining wall and additional quantities
of items which includes common excavation, select granular borrow, Geotextile
fabric, Class 5 aggregate base, Type 2 crack repair, bituminous patching mix,
bituminous wearing course mixture, and sodding Type A.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the 1989 Street Reconstruction Program, City
Project No. 801 is recommended for approval;
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOITH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 2 for the 1989 Street Reconstruction Program, City
Project No. 801 by adding $105,704.29 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $965,037.65
Previous Change Orders 12,997.31
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - ADD 105,704.29
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $1,083,739.2`
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. C_ouncilmemhers Helliwell, RirkPr,sAsiliou,— ,
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
