Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a . re lar. meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
January , 199D__ The following members were present:
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90-08
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR GRAHAM DEVELOPMENT FOR
HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES (89008)
WHEREAS, a Final Plan/Flat for Graham Development for Heritage Woods Estates
located northwest of 58th Avenue North and Pineview Lane was approved under
City Council Resolution 89-295; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a letter of credit in the amount of $3,026;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the Letter of credit No. SB8760 in the amount of $3,026 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Graham Development for Heritage Woods Estates
located northwest of 58th Avenue North and Pineview Lane to $500.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
