HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-282A ' VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of December, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey and Hagen. Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 68-282 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ACCEPTING THE ENGINEER'S PRELIMINARY REPORT ON WATER AND SANITARY SEWER SERVICE TO THE SOUTHWEST AREA OF PLYMOUTH AND SETTING FEBRUARY 6, 1969 AS THE DATE FOR THE PROJECT HEARING (PROJECT NO. 68-1E) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey and Hagen. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held on the 18th day of December, 1968, with the original thereof an file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to SSSC and SRC Commission appointment.
