Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the

WHEREAS,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED sit THE V11"GE L90 MIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PVVOUTHt
AUTHORIZES THE TRANSFER OF $960.00 FROM THE CONTINGENCY FUND
OF THE 1969 BUDGET TO THE PERSONAL SERVICES ACCOUNT Iii THE
CLERK ADMINISTRATOR BUDGET FOR THE PURPOSE OF CRAhTING A
RAISE• TO THE CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
December 16, 1968
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
December 16, 1968 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, Hunt and
Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.

Councilmar. Hagen introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION DTO. 68-2AIy
A RESOLUTION BETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING ON VACATION OF 501 AVENUE NORTH
IN SUNRISE HILL ADDITION
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Village Council
by the owner of property abutting on Village right of way in
portions of 501 Avenue North in Sunrise Hill Addition for the
vacation of right of way,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a public hearing be held at the Village
Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on
the 13th day of January, 1969 to consider the
vacation of the following:
That portion of 501 Avenue North bounded
on the South by Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 2,
Sunrise Hill Addition and on the North
by the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4
of Section 12, Township 118, Range 22.
2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator be directed
to give proper legal n6tice of such hearing in
the manner required by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, Hunt and Humphrey.
The following voted against None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared to be duly passed
and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of the Village of Plymouth held December 16, 1968 with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the vacation of 501 Avenue North in sunrise Hill
Addition.
