HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-277VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Counci, of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the 16th day of December, 1968 commencing at 7:30 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hunt, Humphrey and O'Fallon. There were no absent members. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adaption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-277 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: That the First National Bank Construction b Sinking Fund Disbursements dated December 16, 1968 in the amount of $67,795.25 be and hereby is approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconced Ey Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the followie.g voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon; and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS, VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held December 16, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
