HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-274VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th day of December, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen, Hunt, Humphrey and O'Fallon. The following members were absent: None Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, RESOLUTION NO. 68-274 County State Aid No. 27-618-18 known as County Project 116624 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVAL OF THE PLANS OF HENNEPIN COUNTY FOR GRADING, BASE AND BITUMINOUS PAVING TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A BRIDGE ACROSS COUNTY ROAD /18 FOR THE SOO LINE RAILROAD. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon, and none voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Admin- istrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Fillage held December 16, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full and true transcript therefrom.
