VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of December, 1968. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS,
RESOLUTION NO. 68-270
Clifford Fraser of Enterprise ^_operties, Inc.
requested a rezoning classification from R-0 to
R-1 property in Gleanloch Acres 1st 6 2nd Addition,
vicinity of 8th Ave. No. and Pineview Lane North.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
That part of the West 60 acres of the South 1/2 of the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 118 North, Range
22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian lying North of the
South 212 feet thereof and lying West of a line described
as follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of
Southwest 1/4 a distance of 1040 feet East from the North-
west corner thereof; thence Southwesterly at an angle of 720
30' with said North line a distance of 837 feet; thence
along a line deflecting to the left 190 30' a distance of
300 feet; thence along a line deflecting to the right 190
30' to its intersection with the South line of the South-
west 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and there terminating.
Also: That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 34, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian lying North of the South 188 feet thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen,
Humphrey and O'Fallon, and none voted against:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held December 16, 1968, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from insofar as the same relates to a Resolution rezoning a R-0
classification to R-1 in Gleanloch Acres lot and 2nd Addition.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and
