OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH, MINN,.SUTA
December 16, 1968
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Viilage of Plymouth was held an
December 16, 1968 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen 0' Fallon, Hagen, Hunt, and
Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Humphrey intro6uced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68- 269
A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF 9TH
AVENUE NORTH IN PARIDALE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according
to law a public hearing was held by the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth at its regular meeting on October 21, 1968
to consider the vacation of a portion of 9th Avenue North in
Parkdale Addition, and
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be
heard were given such opportunity after which said public
hearing was declared closed by the Mayor.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the following describe6 street lying
within the Village of rtymouth is hereby declared
to be vacated:
All of 9th Avenue North lying Westerly of its
intersection with Kingsview Lane and abutting
Lot Three (3) , Block One (1) and Lot One (1) ,
Block Two (2) of Parkdale Addition with its
western terminus abutting Lot One (1), Block
Four (4) Christensen's Parker's Lake Third
Addition.
8. That the Village Clerk -Administrator is
hereby directed to furnish a certified copy of this
resolution to the applicant for such vacation."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman O'Fallon
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereon; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, Hunt and
Humphrey. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract or minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said village held December 16, 1968 with the original ther66f
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to vacating
a portion of 9th Avenue North in Parldale Addition.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator
