RESOLUTIM ORDERING` PREPARATION
' OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 9th day of December , 19 68
The following members were present:
Mayor Al Hilda, Jr., Councilmen Hagen, Hunt and
O'Fallon.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey
Councilman Hasan introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-268
WHEREAS, it is proposed to i0powa: order a preliminary
report for Project 5D from Northern States Power regarding
installation of street lights on Vicksburg Lane between Cty.
Rd. 115 and Cty. Rd. /6.
and assess the abutting property for all or a pertion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 419.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all comenient speed, advise the Council
In a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Councilman �,.._� and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Hilda, Jr., Councilmen Hagen, Hunt and
O'Fallon.

The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): Councilman Humphrey
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
