its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-267
Now, therefore, be it hercby resolved by the Village Council of
the Village of Plymouth as follows:
That Calvin F. Hawkinson be appointed as Director of
Civil Defense.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hagen, Hunt and O'Fallon, and none voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

it the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
