HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-266VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 9rh day of December, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallon, and the following member was absent: Councilman Humphrey Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 68-266 WHEREAS: A public hearing shall be held on January 20th at the Village Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 P.H. to consider water main installation in the Ivanhoe Woods area. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallc�. The following voted against the motion: None The following was absent: Councilman Humphrey whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held Dec. 9, 1968 with the original thereof on file in my office and soma is a full, true transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the Ivanhoe Woods area.
