Pursuant to due call and notine thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Mtnneaota t•:.a held oil the
9thday of - Decembe; 1968 .,'the following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallon
The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey

Councilman O'Fallon introduced 1 -bo following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 68-264
TMEREAS, Edward Sell requested a Subdivision Waiver of the East
220 feet of the West 330 Feet of Tracts E b F, Reg.
Land Survey 237.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.,
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating
to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5)
acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as
to the following described land:
The East 220 feet of the West 330 Feet of Tracts E & F, Reg.
Land Survey 237.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thcreof: Mayor Hilde, Jr.
Councilmen Hasten, Hunt 6 O'Fallon , and the following voted against:
None
