and the Village Administrator.
Absent: Councilmen Hagen and Hunt
The meeting was called for the purpose of confirming by the Council
as a Canvassing Board, the results of the Annual Village Election, held
on December 3, 1968.
NOTION by Councilman O'Fallon, second by Councilman Humphrey, that the
results of the Annual Village Election of the Village of Plymouth held
December 3, 1968, be confirmed as follows:

Motion parsed by a three aye vote.
Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 68-263
BE IT HOMY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THS VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MIMMBJOTA,AS FOLLOWS:
That on the basis of the canvass made by the Council as noted
above, T. Terry Johnson and Edward R. Hints are declared elected
Councilmen of the Village of Plymouth for three year terms commencing
January 1, 1969.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman OfFallon, Councilman Humphrey. The following
voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
