Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held oa
the 2nd day of December, 1968 commencing at 7:40 P.H.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen,
O'Fallon, Hunt and Humphrey, With no absent members.

Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESO&HTION NO. 68-262
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Regular Payroll of the Village of Plymouth dated
November.29, 1968, and totaling $9,357.97 be and hereby is
approved.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon; and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
