HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-259VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant do due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of December, 1968 commencing at 7:40 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon. There were no absentee members. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-259 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. To adopt the Minneapolis contract for sanitary sewer to start paying January 1, 1971. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Hilda and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon; and there were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF KIXNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held December 2, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there- from insofar as the same relates to a Resolution Agreement between City of Minneapolis, Minnesota and the Village of Plymouth relating to the Interconnection of Sanitary Sewers.
