HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-258a r M: VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH r" Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 2nd day of December, 1968, at the Village Hall commencing at 7:40 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Humphrey. There were no absentee members. Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 68-258 A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE STATE OF MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO STUDY SPEED LIMITS ON #55 FROM COUNTY ROAD #18 TO VICKSBURG LANE AND ON HIGHWAY #101 FROM PLYMOUTH SOUTHERN BOUNDARY NORTH TO COUNTY ROAD #24 AND FURTHER REQUEST INVESTIGATION OF FEASIBILITY OF SIGNAL- IZING INTERSECTIONS OF #55 AND #73 AND XENIUM LANE AND RAMPS OF #494. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Coincilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, Hunt and O'Fallon. none voted against. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk- Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution is a true and correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the Village Council of Plymouth at a meeting there- of held in the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, on the 2nd day of December, 1968, as disclosed by the records of said Village in my possession.
