Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of December 1968. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Jr., Councilmen Hagen, Hunt, Humphrey and O'Fallon.
There were no councilmen absent.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-256
WHEREAS, Ben Roggeman requested a subdivision waiver of
the SW'h of the NW;t of Section 12, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the
Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and
filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous
Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of
land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet
in width are hereby waived as to the following
described lands per the attached sheet:
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen, Hunt, Hagen,
Humphrey and O'Fallon, and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Tract A
The West 363.00 feet of the South 162.00feet of the North
One Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 12, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
subject to easesients for roadway purposes over and across the
Westerly 33.00 feet thereof, and over and across the Southerly
30.00 feet thereof.
Tract B
The North One Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 12, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, except the West 183.21 feet of the North 145.00 feet
of the North One Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of said Section 12, and except the West 363.00 feet of the South 162.00
feet of the North One Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 12, and subject to easements for roadway pur-
poses over and across the Southerly 30.00 feet thereof, and over and
across the Westerly 33.00 feet thereof, and over and across that
part of the above described parcel, as recorded and filed on April
22, 1964.

Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota,
hereby certify that 2 have carefullycompared the attached and
foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held December 2, 1968, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same Is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a resolution waiving subdivision requirements for the SW14
of the NWk of Section 12-118-22.
