Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
18th day of Novesiber, 1968 commencing at 7:45 p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen,
Hunt, Humphrey and O'Fallon; and there were none absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-255
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Regular Payroll, Golden Valley Disbursement List and
First National Bank Construction and Sinking Fund Disburses"t
List be and hereby is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hagen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman O'Pallon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
