RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular - special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the 18th day of November , 19 68 .
The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen, Humphrey and O'Fallon
and the following members were absent: None
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: USOLUTION 68-254
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of
the following streets, to -wit:

For installation of water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer in
Gleanloch lot and 2nd Additions.
Northern Contracting Company for $157,336.00.
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement.
WHEREAS, it appears that WhXthArn Cnntrrgrktn Co- of
yam_,,,,,- u,is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TETE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1, The Maycr and Clark are hereby authorized and directed to enter

The motion for the adoption of the fo-cegoing Fesoluti -1 vcE duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey -_nd apon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted ;n favor thareof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Humphrey
Hunt and Hagen.
The following voted against the same:
None

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
