approved, description of which is asffollovs:
The Southwest °ts of the northwest 44 of Section 21, Township
118, Range 22, except State Highway and except eartway.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Bunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Humphrey
and O'Fallon, and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
