Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
7th day of Novembeg 1968 The following members were present.

WHEtF.AS, Clarinda Berthiaume, has requested a subdivision waiver on
Parcel 4080 in Section 17 of Plat 43717.
NOW THEREFORE, W IT 0=1 RESOLVED RY THB VII.LACS COUNCIL OF THE
VILWAS OF PLIMOUTH:

in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands per the attached sheet:
The action for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly

seconded by. Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Jr.. Councilman'Hunt.
Councilmen O'Fa11on and Humphrey and following voted against: none

NE;t of Section 17, Township 118, Range 22 described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said East 3/4; thence North along
the West line of said East 3/4 distant 85.0 feet; thence South-
easterly 102.4 feet more or less to a point in the South line of
said East 3/4 distant 57.2 feet East to the point of beginning;
thence West along said South line 57.2 feet to the point of
beginning, also that part of the East 3/4 of the SES of the NEk
of said Section 17 lying Northerly of the centerline of County
Road No. 9 and Westerly of the following described line commencing
at the NE corner of said k-14; thence West along the North line of
