EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF � 1iEETING
OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE rF PLYMOUTH, MINNFSOTA
Nov -tuber 7, 1968
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a VgK=134 meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
November 7, 1968 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: Councilman Hagen.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-249A
A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF 9TH AVENUE
NORTH IN PARKDAi ADDITION
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Village
Council by the owner of property abutting on a portioi of 9th
Avenue North in Parkdale Addition for the vacation of such
portion of 9th Avenue Nirth,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a public hearing be held at the Village
Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on the
16th day of December, 1968 to consider the vacation
of the following:
All of 9th Avenue North lying Westerly of
its intersection with Kingsview Lane and
abutting Lot Three (3), Block One (1) and
Lot One (1), Block Two (2) of Parkdale
Addition with its western terminus abutting
Lot One (1), Block Four (4) Christensen's
Parker's Lake Third Addition.
2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator be
directed to give public legal notice of such hearing
in the manner required by law."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereon: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and Humphrey.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I. the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting I
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby,
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of min-tes of a special meeting of the Village Council
of said village held November 7, 1968 with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relaites to setting a
date for public hearing on the vacation of a portion of 9th Avenin
North in Parkdale Addition.
