HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-244VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH is RESOLUTION NO. 68-244 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 21st �iay of October, 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt, and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. #A# *#A Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution acid moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF FAZENDIN-KROGNESS ADDITION AR* WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a Public Hearing to consider the proposed plat of Fazendin-Krogness Addition and recommended approval of said plat; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of the plat after due consideration and study, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the final plat of Fazendin-Krogness Addition as submitted and herewith described be approved: That part of the South half of the Northeast quarter of Section 31. Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the Fifth principal meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the Southweat corner of said South half of the "'ortheast quarter; thence East along the South line of said South half of the Northeast quarter 958.95 feet; thence North at right angles, 647.53 feet; thence West at right angles, to the West line of said South half of the Northsast quarter; thence South to the point of beginning; except that part thereof lying Westerly of a line drawn from • a point on the South line of said South half of the Northeast quarter distant 223 feet East of said Southwest corner, to a point an the North line of said above- described property 142.9 feet East of the Northwest corner of said above-described property, and there ending; also except that part of the rescinder of said pro- perty lying North of the South line of H. T. Johnson Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there- of: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt, and the following voted against the same: None. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com- pared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held October 21, 1968, with tha original hereof on file in my office and the sans in a full, true transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the approval of the final plat of Fazendin-Krogness Addition.
