HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-240Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on October 14, 1968, at the Village
Hall, 13800 State Highway No. SS, commencing at 7130 p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt,
Hagen and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-240"
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH CHICAGO AND NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY
COMPANY RELATING TO TRUNK WATER MAIN
WHERAS, it is necessary to acquire easements for water main purposes
over the right -of -ray of the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company with
reference to the installation of trunk water main project, and
WHEREAS, a license agreement has been submitted which agreement has been
approved by the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
The Mayor and Clerk -Administrator are hereby authorized to execute the said
License Agreement on behalf of the Village and deliver the same to the
Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company.
Councilman Hagen seconded the above motion and on vote being taken thereon,
• the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt,
Hagen and Humphrey.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a (regular) meeting
of the Village Council of said village held, 19_0_, With
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to License_anreement_
with the Chicago and Northwestern Railway Company relatinP, to Trunk Water Main Project.
