VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2tL_day of October . 19_.k. The following members were present:
Mayer Hi lde, .n i lm n Hagen • Hunt. Humphrey and O' Fallon
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0,68-233
tMEREAS,
11014 THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VIUAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PMOUTH:
HAS AUTHORIZED THE MAYOR AND CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR TO SIGN
THE OPTION ON APPROXIMATELY 20 ACRES OF PARK LAND ON THE
SOUTHEAST QUADRANT OF COUNTY ROAD 47 AND ELM CREEK.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey" and upon Vote being taken thereon,
the fallowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Ha';>_n,
Humphrey and O'Fallon , and the following voted against:
Nang - Xj�th Councilmacl hunt „Abstaining,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of elysouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a (regular) (special) meeting

complete transcript therefrom insofar as the sass relates to authorization
