VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLrIOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 7th day of
October, 1968, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. at the Village hall, 13800 State
Highway #55.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Frllon,
Hunt, Hagen and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: None.

Mayor Hilde Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-231"
A RESOLUTION CON'FIRMIN'G AND CERTIFYING
WEED ERADICATION AN -j DESTRUCTION CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 18.271, M.S.A., the Weed
Inspector of the Village of Plymouth has caused the destruction and eradication
of noxious weeds on certain lands within said Village and,
WHEREAS, the affected property owners were served with the proper notices
and verified and itemized statements of the cost of all services rendered in
connection with such destruction and eradication have been properly submitted
and filed all as rrovided by law and,
WHE.RFAS, attached hereto is a statement of such expenses against the
lands in question, which expenses are to be entered as a tax upon such land,
• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLrdOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That such statement of expenses of eradication and destruction of
noxious weeds against each of the lands set out in such statement
is hereby confirmed and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Treasurer is directed to deliver a copy of such
statement together with a certified copy of this resolution to
the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as provided by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hunt, Hagen and Humphrey; and the following voted against: Nona.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
