Pursuant to due call and hottce thereof, a regular meetift of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was 'held of the
71May of October _. 19 68. The follows" members wort present:

Councilman Humphrey introduced rhP.following, Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-230
WHEREAS,
Jim Williams requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 1000
of Plat 43704.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH-
1. That the requirements -of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the
Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and
filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous
Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of
land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in
width are hereby waived as to the following described
lands per the attached sheet.
The action for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dbly
seconded by Councilman Hagen , and upon vote being taken thereoin,
the follbviug voted to favor thereof: HiIda,e uncilman
Hit. Hagen, Humphrey & O'Fallon . and the foll6wivig voted against:
None
Whereupon the Resolutioa was declared duly passed and adopted.

The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 118
North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except that part
of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4, Township
116 North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described
except beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly
right-of-way line of County Road No. 47 and a line parallel with
and 210.00 feet Easterly, as measured at right angles, to the West
line of the East Half of said Northeast Quarter; thence North along
said parallel line a distance of 451.97 feet; thence deflecting to
the right 90 degrees, 00 minutes, a distance of 240.00 feet; thence
deflecting to the right 90 degrees, 00 minutes, a distance of 445.06
feet to the Northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 47; thence
Westerly along said Northerly right-of-way line, a distance of 240.79
feet, to the point of beginning and subject to existing roadway
easements for County Road No. 47 and for Juneau Lane.
Tract B:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly right-of-way
line of County Road No. 47 and a line parallel with and 210.00 feet
Easterly, as measured at right angles, to the West line of the East
Half of said Northeast Quarter; thence North along said parallel
line a distance of 451.97 feet; thence deflecting to the right 90
degrees, 00 minutes, a distance of 240.00 feet; thence deflecting to
the right 90 degrees, 00 minutes, a distance of 445.06 feet to the
Northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 47; thence Westerly
along said Northerly right-of-way line, a distance of 240.79 feet,
to the point of beginning and subject to existing roadway easements
for County Road No. 47 and for Juneau Lane.
