Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
23rd day of September, 1968 commencing at 7:30 p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
O'Fallon and Hagen. The following members were absent: Councilman
Humphrey.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 68-223
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the First National Bank Disbursement List dated September
23rd, 1968, and totaling $5,747.48 be and hereby is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Mayor Hilde, and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow-
ing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and
Hagen; and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
