Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Vi114e Council of the Village cf Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the
23rd dap of September ,, 1968 ,; The €oilowleg members were present
Mayor Hilde,_,Councilmen Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallon
Ths fallmIng gembers were absents Councilman Humphrey .
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTAW NO. '68-221
NOW TMMiTORE, BE IT H8R9T RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COMIL OF
M- VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
HAS AUTHORIZED THE MAYOR AND CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE
THE OPTION WITH SUCER SCHAEFER INVESTMENT COMPANY FOR THE PURCHASE
OF THE PRESENT VILLAGE HALL SITE ON A 90 DAY OPTION FOR $250,000.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foragotngIWolution vas duly

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 23, 1968, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
thereof insofar as the same relates to a Resolution authorizing the
Mayor and Clerk -Administrator to execute option o the present
Village Hall site. �%
