RESOLUTIoI RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
muting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota,
was held on the 23rd day of September , 1968
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hunt, and Hagen.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey

Councilman H—r- introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-219
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on Sent. 23 , 19U_, reco®ending
the:
Improvement of 11th Avenue North
of the following street (a), to -wit: 11th Avenue North in
Glen Echo Lake Addition.
NOW TH6RFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLTHOUTHs
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid impsoueeet
In accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sac. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total coat of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such prcpased Im-
provement on the lgchday of_NMxgzhpr 19,i,_, at
the Village Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7.30
o'clock P_.m. The Villa6e Council shall give
published notice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law."
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilmn Hagen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and Hagen
The following voted against the motion: None
The following were (absent) ): Councilman Humphrey
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

L, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth., Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 23, 1968, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a Resolution setting the
date for a public hearing concerning improvement of 11th Avenue
on November 18, 1968.
