M. The following members here I present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, runt and Hagen. r, The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution i' �# and moved its adoption: ii "RESOLUTION NO, 68-aI f !1 A RESOLUTION SETTING 1 DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING t; ON VACATION OF STREETS IN REARRANGEMENT IN ii MEDICINE LAKE PARK THIRD DIVISION f{ i� WHEREAS, application has been made to the Village Council by the owner of property abutting on Village right of way in portions of Rearrangement in Medicine Lake Park Third Division for the vacation of such right of way, i� li NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE !i COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: I !il 1. That a public hearing be held at the Village (� Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on !j the 21st day of October, 1968 to consider the (f vacation of the following: I All of 25th Avenue North lying between Blocks 9 and 12, Rearrangement in Medicine I.ake Park Third Division Hennepin County, Minnesota and lying between the Northerly +f extension of the East line of said Block 12 and the following described line: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Block 9; thence South on an extension of the Hest line of said Block 9 to an intersection with the Northeasterly �i extension of the Westerly line of said !� Block 12; thence Southwesterly along said Northeasterly extension to the Northwest corneas of said Block 12 and there terminating, i{ la —also— I' !E All of the alleys as laid outand platted in �j Block 12, Rearrangement in Medicine Lake h W Park Third Division Hennepin County Minnesota. 2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator be directed to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the manner required by law." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and Hagen. The following were absent: Councilman Humphrey.
