VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
• PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rromt- special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 19th day of
September , 19 68 , commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village
Hall, 13800 State Highway #55.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon and
Hagen.
the following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Humphrey.

Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-217"
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND ADOPTING
THE ASSESSMENT FOR
FORESTVIEW LANE L%iPROVEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment
hearing was held on the 19th day of September, 1968,
relating to Forestview Lane Improvement Project
and,
WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections,

NOW, TY.EREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
,,1. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village
engineers heretofore selected by this council for such purpose, calculated
the proper amounts to be specially assessed for
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed
in the amount calculated against the same,
2. Nutice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would meet in regular session at this time and place to pass on the
• proposed assessment.
3. The proposed assessment has at all times since its filing been open to
inspection and copying by all persons interested, and an QpgortunitY
has been given to all interested persons to present their Objections,
if any, to such proposed assessment, or to any item thereof, and
f:ve__objections have been filed.
4. This Council finds that each of the lots, pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in said proposed assessment was ud is specially benefited
by the construction of Forestview Lane Improvement Project
in the amount in said proposed assessment get opposite the description
of each such lot, piece or parcel of land and that said amount is hereby
levied and assessed.
S. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assesement for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for Forestview Lane Improvement
Project
7. The amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same haw been paid at
the rate of six percent per annum.
S. Such assessments shall be payable in five equal annual installments
payable on the 1st day of January in each year, beginning in the Year
19 69 , and continuing until all of said installments shall have been
paid, each installment to be collected with taxes collectable during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment shall be
added interest on the entire assessment from the date hereof to
December 31, 19 68 , To each subsequent installment shall be added
interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
9. The village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office
of the County Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the
amount of all of such unpaid assessments and the amount which will be
due thereon on the lat•day of January in each year."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thersoft Mayor Hilda. Councilman
O'Fallon and Hagen
the following anted againsts None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I haw carefully compared
tha attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a (rag L=) (special) meeting
of the Village Council of said village held September 19 . 19 68 , with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrcm insofar as the same relates to
adoption of assessment for Forestview Lane Improvement Project
