Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular - speoist meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 19th day of
Sept or 19 68 commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Village
Hall, 13800 State Highway #5S.

The following members were present. Mayor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon and
Hagen

the following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Humphrey.

Councilman O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved its
"adoption.
"RESOIATION NO. 68-214"
A RESOIATIGN CONFIRNIING AND ADOPTING
THE ASSESSMENT FOR
CREEKWW00D HEIGHTS SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHERERS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law an assessment

hearing was held on the 19th day of September, 1968,
relating to Creekwood Heights Sanitary Sewer Project
and,
WHEREAS, all persons present desiring to be heard were heard and their objections,
it any, were noted
NOW, TMWCU, BE IT NLRM RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL of T86 VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: ,
01. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village
engineers heretofore selected by this council for such purpose, calculated
the proper amounts to be specially assessed for Creekwood Heights Sanitary
Newer Project
against every assessable lot, piece or pared of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be specially assessed
in the amount calculated against the ssme,
9. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would most in regular session at this time and place to pus on the.

of each such lot, piece or pastel of land and that said amount is hereby
levied and assessed.
S. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed an the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
' 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office and shall thereupon be
and constitute the special assessment for Creekwood Heights Sanitary
Sever ,Project
7. .Tbe amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land shall
bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
this rate of Aix. percent per annum.
6. Such assessments shall be payable in 30 equal atom" installments
payable. on the lst day of January in each year, beginning in the year
191 6, "continuing until all of said installments shall have been
paid,'eacb installment to be collected with taxes collectable during
said year by the County Auditor. To the first installment shall be
added interest on the entire amusement from the date hereof to
December 311 19,68 , To each subsequent installment shall be added
interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
4 9. The village Clerk is hereby directed to make up and file in the office
of the County -Auditor of Hennepin County a certified statement of the
='. amount of All of such unpaid assessments and the mmmmt wbich will be

The above motion was seconded by�.Councilman Hagenand upon vote bring
